We completely renovated this 1926 Berkeley bungalow. All new interior and exterior finishes including windows, doors, utility systems, kitchen, & bathrooms. Extensive excavation and foundation work were required to add 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and reconfigure all interior living space. The project was design by Peter Brock with additional interior design by Jarvis Architects. Beautiful custom cherry & fir cabinetry and shelving was designed and installed by Nepalo Cabinetmakers . Design elements for this project include clear fir interior trim, windows and doors, stained glass picture windows, limestone & slate tile surfaces.
